Cancellation Policy

Payment is due in FULL to secure your space.  Spots will not be held without payment.

The Studio KW accepts Cash, E-Transfer, Cheque, or Credit.

Refunds will be allowed up to 14 days prior to course start.

A $25 surcharge will be applied to all refunds.  Refund will be given by method of payment.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO COURSE.

Open Studios require 24 hours notice to canceller change.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO OPEN STUDIO.

It is the students responsibility to arrive on time for their class.

No refunds or rescheduling with be offered for any missed class, for any reason.

No make-up will be offered for missed One Day Workshops or Open Studio.

In the event of inclement weather, classes may be cancelled at the discretion of The Studio KW.

In the event of class cancellation, contact will be made with students typically via email.  We will make every effort to give sufficient notice to ensure you are aware of the cancellation.

Classes cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled to a later date.  Every effort to accommodate all students in the make-up class will be made.

As a general rule of thumb, we will follow the lead of other instructional institutions in the area for cancellations.

The Studio KW reserves the right to cancel, at any time prior to, a class, workshop, or open studio.

Every effort will be made to ensure cancellations are done in a timely manner.  Where possible, a rescheduled date will be provided.

In the event a rescheduled date cannot be provided, full refund will be provided in the method of payment.
